Max is an Old Bruern boy, and while certainly not old, he is wise and gifted beyond his years. His love of cooking and all things food was born from hovering around the kitchen and joining in the traditional formal dinners at school.

Max trained at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons and Cliveden House before leading guest services across luxury hotels and private chalets in Europe, including with Virgin Limited Edition in Verbier. He went on to oversee some of the most acclaimed restaurant and members' club openings in London and across Europe.

The Duke of Cumberland's Head is his flagship, and it shows.
