Two Bottles of Gould Campbell 1977 Vintage Port
Description
A rare and exciting find for any port lover.
Two bottles of Gould Campbell 1977 Vintage Port, carefully cellared and ready to enjoy.
The 1977 vintage is widely considered one of the greatest port vintages of the 20th century alongside 1963 and 1994. Nearly 50 years on, a well-kept bottle drinks magnificently, with rich dried fruits, leather, spice and a long warming finish.
Gould Campbell is part of the prestigious Symington family stable, the same group behind Graham's, Dow's and Warre's, producing fine port since 1797.
Donated anonymously by a generous supporter and stored in temperature-controlled conditions throughout.
A wonderful gift, a special occasion treat or simply a very good reason to gather some friends together.
Disclaimer: Whilst these bottles have been carefully cellared, the condition of aged vintage port can never be fully guaranteed. The lot is sold as seen and the purchaser accepts the inherent risk associated with wines of this age.
