Tom has worked in the investment industry for 30 years having always worked with charitable endowments. Having spent much of that time with global banking groups nowadays he runs his own consultancy. He previously served as a trustee of a national addiction charity, has an MA in history from Edinburgh University and studied at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
